1 解决前提：账单期限前转移的机器

可能出现的问题：德国客服处理并回复工单可能会有1到2周的延迟，请注意账单日

2 解决方法：

1.攥写邮件发送至[email protected]

2.在 www.customercontrolpanel.de/kontakt.php 处填写工单，如图所示：
